A seasoned financial professional with international experience working in global capital markets, Robin Lohmann understands the intricacies of prudential investments and steers the growth momentum of ACI Real Estate by leveraging on the growth of Dubai's property sector.

A German national, Robin attended the International School of Management in Dortmund, Germany, specializing in International Business Studies; and the University of Commerce and Economics, Hanover, focusing of Finance. He holds a Diploma in Business Administration and Commerce, which puts him in good stead in identifying business opportunities and capitalizing on their prospects to create value for all stakeholders.

Robin started his career as Assistant to the Managing Director of Hornblower Fischer AG, Dusseldorf, and worked for the company in New York. He finetuned his skills in investment banking working with Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan – blue-chip international firms that have a huge global outreach and extensive financial portfolio.

Prior to joining Alternative Captial Invest GmBH, Dubai, as Managing Director he was MD of FMC S.A in Luxembourg offering consultancy services for mutual funds, and MD of world-of-futures.com GmBH in Fulda.

He moved to Dubai in 2004 to explore the opportunities presented by the Dubai International Financial Centre. Identifying property as one of the high-growth sectors in the region and integral to wealth management propositions, he conceptualized the business plan and operational strategy for Alternative Capital Invest. He is now MD of ACI Real Estate LLC too, and has built an impressive portfolio of projects in the region. His financial acumen and wealth management expertise are valued by high net worth European investors.

Today, ACI has created a paradigm shift in real estate investment practices by creating a truly global outlook, led by the long-term vision of growth of Robin.
