Joerg Grunwald, a veteran in projects management with experience in international markets, drives ACI's projects.

His responsibilities cover preparing estimates for projects, preparing cash outflows, reporting the project progress on a weekly basis, negotiating with sub contractors on construction costs, developing economic feasibility studies for upcoming projects, on-site inspection, and ensuring that the projects adhere to demanding delivery schedules. He also handles HR responsibilities including hiring of new staff and managing them.
