MISSION
ACI Facility Management Services is a natural continuation of ACI’s activities and aims to provide Facility Management and Strata Management services through ACI’s well-established partners/contractors within the UAE. Our mission is to seek out the most current changes and reference materials that are made available.
VISION
ACI Facility Management Services will arrange the maintenance and upkeep of common areas and facilities owned by the Owners Association.
ACI Facility Management Services will adhere to basic business procedures and utilize cost accounting to provide a high-level of personal service delivered in a professional manner, delivering clear and concise policies that represent and protect client’s needs.
We will develop and maintain a list of excellent vendors upon whom we can depend to provide quality work in a timely manner.
Through our Strata Management Services, we aim to be the market-leader in Body Corporate management based on professional, innovative services, offering expert advice on a consultancy basis, providing effective and essential decisions in a timely manner.
We will provide monthly financial reports that provide understandable and accurate information to the respective Landlord and/or Owners Association.

Projects under design/planning/construction will include:
Facility Management consultancy (provide projects with the best possible design, planning and construction with acceptable investment cost and the lowest Life Cycle Cost, as well as planning, tendering, submission and supervision of operational services)
Value Engineering to optimize projects and to reduce investment and operational costs.
For new/existing projects (handing over), ACI will provide:
Total Facility Management, such as Management of Waste, MEP, Inventory, Swimming Pool, Recreational Activity, Security, Cleaning, Chiller, Elevator, Maids, etc.
Minimize operational costs whilst maintaining high service quality
